Our take
These 5 lb pairs are perfect for warm-ups, rehab, or light toning. The rubber coating is thick and the hex head works as advertised—no rolling. The 1.25" handle is comfortable for smaller hands. They feel well-made for the weight. At $27, they're reasonably priced. My only complaint is that the rubber has a slight chemical smell out of the box, but it dissipates. If you need light dumbbells for high-rep work, these are a good, affordable choice.
