Our take
I gave these a try and they are exactly what you'd expect from budget cast iron plates. They fit my 1-inch bar well, and being US-made is a nice touch. At $14.88, they are very cheap, but the quality reflects the price – the surface is rough and prone to rust if you don't keep them in a dry place. The weight is accurate though. They're perfect for someone on a tight budget, but don't expect any frills. I plan to paint them to prevent corrosion.
